distribution, and purchase of alcoholic beverages; relating to a state                                                          
database for records of certain purchases of alcoholic beverages;                                                               
relating to the relocation of a license to sell alcoholic beverages;                                                            
relating to procedures for local option elections for control of alcoholic                                                      
beverages; and providing for an effective date" was engrossed, signed                                                           
by the President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for                                                                 
consideration.
